Poké-Vend LLC ("Poké-Vend," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through poke-vend.com (the "Site"), how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly, such as your name, email address, billing address, shipping address, and phone number when you place an order, sign up for updates, or contact us. If you purchase or lease a machine, we also collect the information needed for your Purchase or Lease-to-Own Agreement. We do not collect or store your full payment card number; payment is processed by our third-party payment provider.

2. Cookies and Similar Technologies

Our Site uses a small number of cookies and browser storage to make the Site work properly, such as remembering your shopping cart between visits and remembering display preferences. We do not currently use cookies for advertising or third-party analytics tracking. If that changes in the future, we will update this Privacy Policy accordingly. You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings, though doing so may affect how parts of the Site function (for example, your cart may not be remembered).

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to process and fulfill your orders, communicate with you about your purchase or machine, provide customer support, and, where you've opted in, send you updates about Poké-Vend.

4. Marketing Communications

If you sign up for emails from Poké-Vend, you can unsubscribe at any time using the link included in every email we send. Unsubscribing from marketing emails does not affect transactional messages related to an order or agreement you've entered into with us.

5. Sharing Your Information

We share information only as needed to run our business: with our payment processor to complete transactions, with shipping carriers to deliver your order or machine, and with the machine manufacturer when you purchase or lease a machine and choose to have your manufacturer account set up. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

6. Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information you provide. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Rights

You may contact us at any time to ask what information we have about you, to request a correction, or to request that we delete it, subject to what we're required to keep for legitimate business, tax, or legal reasons (such as order records).

8. Children's Privacy

Our Site and products are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
